You can usually do routine maintenance. We provide cleaning supplies and cases. The maintenance we do is only under warranty. We do not offer restoration services if the guitar has been damaged due to misuse.
How to get maintenance service?
During the warranty period, all you have to do is contact us through the website, the phone number registered on the website, or social media pages.
Can I bring my guitar directly to the workshop for maintenance?
No need to. We will send you a shipping company. Or we can direct you to one of our specialized assistance centers if you are outside Egypt.
How long does the repair process take?
It usually takes 7 days from the time we receive the guitar through the shipping company. However, depending on the condition of each guitar, it may take more or less time.
Do you offer repair services for non-Hathor guitars?
No – only our musical instruments and guitar products .
